The 10-track release on David Letel­li­er AKA Kangding Ray​’s own label, ara, is the French-born, Berlin-based artist’s eighth stu­dio album. 

In an inter­view with Res­i­dent Advi­sor, Kangding Ray described the album as ​“an oblique take on a pos­si­ble psy­che­del­ic future: hyper-dig­i­tal, intri­cate, ner­vous, but also colour­ful and ulti­mate­ly real­ly beau­ti­ful. It’s the result of three years of son­ic research into find­ing new direc­tions to devel­op my music.”
