Peter Van Hoesen & Marco Shuttle contribute to Semantica 10.IV
The Semantica 10th anniversary series continues to serve up top techno treats with a fourth Various Artists EP entitled Semantica 10.IV. Two of our family members appear in Peter Van Hoesen and Marco Shuttle. Firstly, the Belgian Time to Express boss offers one of his tripper cuts with ‘Expected Utility’, which is run through with disorientating synth lines as paddy drums bring a weightless groove below. Eerie label head and aesthetically focussed Marco Shuttle then brings ‘Solar Storm’ to the table. It is a cavernous and cerebral deep techno cut that is masterfully warm and atmospheric.
