DJ Nobu B2B Ben Klock at Sonar

Sonar end­ed the fes­ti­vals 25 edi­tion with a co-curat­ed stage along­side Res­i­dent Advi­sor. Live streamed for all to watch, the stage played host to Lanark Arte­fax, Error­smith, Octo Octa, Motor City Drum Ensem­ble, Jere­my Under­ground and tech­no all-stars DJ Nobu and Ben Klock. 

There was cer­tain­ly a lot of antic­i­pa­tion brew­ing for this nev­er seen before b2b col­lab­o­ra­tion and need­less to say it lived up to its expec­ta­tions. It was a join­ing of two DJ’s with a wealth of expe­ri­ence that worked togeth­er as easy as bread and but­ter. The pair put on a dis­play of straight up high tem­po, deep, dub­by tech­no but still made room for crowd-pleasers such as Paul John­son’s Chica­go clas­sic ​‘Aww Shit’.
