Cosmin Nicolae debut live performance at Freerotation

With the new alias the focus is on exper­i­men­tal and ambi­ent ideas. It was first pre­sent­ed ear­ly this year with a full-length album titled Sem­nal on the mighty Opal Tapes. Aside from per­form­ing as Cos­min TRG at this years Freero­ta­tion the Fiz­ic boss was grant­ed the oppor­tu­ni­ty of pre­sent­ing his Cos­min Nico­lae live per­for­mance for the first time ever!

The hour-long per­for­mance includ­ed sec­tions of Sem­nal as well as new mate­r­i­al and impro­vised elec­tron­ics and elec­tro-acoustics. It’s rich with metic­u­lous­ly craft­ed sound­scapes, haunt­ing pads and sin­is­ter synth lines. It paints a dark and spooky pic­ture which can be lis­tened back below.
