Yes, it’s true. I‑F has reissued arguably his most iconic release and it’s got the talkers talking.
‘Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass’ was first released in 1997 as the title cut of a 4 track EP landing on Viewlexx. The release is widely considered by many as one of the best electro records to ever come out of the European continent. I‑F certainly put himself on the global map with this one and more than 20 years on the record is getting another lease of life.
This time around the reissue will come with some never seen before variables. Firstly, is the extra long remix which plays true to the original but you could say gives you more for your money! Secondly, is the instrumental version that strips out the vocoder vocals. And lastly, is a bonus track that sees I‑F working alongside longtime collaborator Intergalactic Gary on ‘Pong’s Run’.
