Gladio (Legowelt) - Olympus Panspermia Official Video
Legowelt drops a music video for his latest outing as Gladio.
Earlier this year Legowelt revisited one of his most cult monikers Gladio. The medieval-inspired pseudonym first came into the public domain back in 2003 with the debut EP ‘Slave of Rome’ landing on the mighty Bunker Records. In 2007, he returned with the ‘Hadrian’s Wall EP’ which followed suit from the debut release but landed on the Scottish imprint Mighty Robot Recordings.
His return to Gladio in the spring of 2019, via the ‘Means To Freedom’ EP, landed on the beloved L.I.E.S. imprint to much acclaim. Now, several months on from the release, Legowelt presents the first official music video for EP cut ‘Olympus Panspermia’. The semiotic video was shot in Scheveningen, Holland over the summer of 2019. It sees Legowelt express his cryptic message via the means of a puppet bird which can be found in several distressed states throughout the course of the video.
As Legowelt puts it himself,
“Seek out the semiotic layers and test your perception and expand your brain”
