Interstellar Funk releases debut album

On March 25th, Inter­stel­lar Funk will release his debut album Into the Echo on Dekmantel. 

With pri­or releas­es on the likes of Rush Hour, Berceuse Hero­ique and L.I.E.S., Into the Echo is his first LP. The ten-track release is akin to his DJ sets in that it com­pris­es of blend­ed har­monies and melodies form the basis for jet­ti­sons into left­field exper­i­men­ta­tion,” to cre­ate a haunt­ing, ethe­re­al record that can be cat­e­gorised as both ambi­ent and club-ready. The album also fea­tures col­lab­o­ra­tions with JASSS and Ams­ter­dam-based act Loradeniz.

As of March, Into the Echo will be avail­able in dig­i­tal for­mats and on 2x 12” vinyl with print­ed inner­sleeves and pho­tograpy by Bea1991. It’s momen­tous release will also be sup­port­ed by a hard­ware based live-show tour lat­er in 2022.
