Steve Bicknell's Residency: Refugee Worldwide

Broad­cast­ing ²⁴⁄₇ from Weser­straße 166, Neukölln (Berlin), Refuge world­wide is an inde­pen­dent com­mu­ni­ty radio sta­tion cher­ish­ing under­rep­re­sent­ed artists, work­ing in sol­i­dar­i­ty with grass­roots and non-prof­it organisations. 

100% music-focused pro­grammes, with some inter­views, debates and dis­cus­sions here and there at the back­drop of a diverse musi­cal spec­trum rang­ing from hip hop to house, new wave to north­ern soul, just to men­tion a few. 

Among their new wave of res­i­dents, Steve Bick­nell is one of them. As a true pio­neer of UK’s ever-grow­ing elec­tron­ic music scene his shows reflect his musi­cal eclec­ti­cism and refined taste, delight­ing on a month­ly basis with a freeform selec­tion from his crates.
