Donato Dozzy launches Afterhouse label with new EP
He might be celebrated and known around the world for his masterly crafted techno, but Donato Dozzy is a purveyor of many forms of music and in this case, house.
With expanding new ideas around the genre he is starting a new vinyl-only label, Afterhouse, a temporary offshoot which will find him releasing his take on the classic sound. The first EP from him is up for listening here and features four fantastic cuts of futuristic, robust house music with rubbery drums and knotted basslines. It’s slick and electronic and, of course, super deep, but also driving and filled with the same attention to detail and meticulous sound design you would expect of the Italian.
