Juju & Jordash remix on Laterra Recordings

This time around Juju & Jor­dash serve up a remix for Ital­ian house spe­cial­ists Pastaboys. ​“Rame, Dino Angi­o­let­ti and Uovo are the main brains behind the ​‘Pastaboys’ Project, one of the most Inter­na­tion­al­ly known dance Elec­tron­ic Projects to come out of Italy in recent years”. Land­ing on Dj Ralf’s Lat­er­ra imprint the EP, Amore, fea­tures one orig­i­nal that sees remix­es from Ricky Cardel­li and as pre­vi­ous­ly stat­ed our very own Juju & Jor­dash. 

Tun­ing in below you will find the com­pelling dub rework from Juju & Jor­dash. Here they flip the orig­i­nal on its head, shy­ing away from its trop­i­cal vibes and giv­ing it a new iden­ti­ty with moody tex­tures. It ​“sur­pris­ing­ly defies grav­i­ty and adds some odd direc­tions, while run­ning through a steady, accu­rate and evoca­tive dub atti­tude.” Off-kil­ter rhythms find play­ful bass notes while per­cus­sive ele­ments march you to the dance­floor.
