Donato Dozzy remix on !K7

Last year Ger­man artist Dominik Eul­berg released his fifth stu­dio album titled ​‘Man­nig­faltig’. ​“With twelve elab­o­rate pieces of music, he cre­ates a burn­ing plea to pre­serve the breath­tak­ing bio­di­ver­si­ty of nature and at the same time warns of the threat posed to it by humans.” Return­ing to the album in 2020 Eul­berg called upon a vast selec­tion of artists to reshape Man­nig­faltig across two remix EPs. Amongst a star-stud­ded line up is a name we know all too well in Dona­to Dozzy. 

Dozzy is hand­ed the open­ing cut of the album ​‘Ein­tags­fliege’ which is orig­i­nal­ly forged by drawn-out pads, del­i­cate keys and dis­tant rhythms. Once in the hands of the Ital­ian mas­ter­mind, it veers in new direc­tions while still uphold­ing the essence of its for­mer self. By intro­duc­ing fresh drum work and warm bass riffs into the focal point Dozzy makes it his own – as he always does…
