Legowelt & Ron Morelli at 'The Taste of Orpheu'

Red Light Radio co-founder Orpheu the Wiz­ard was next up on The Taste Of-series. The series is ded­i­cat­ed to Dutch artists allow­ing them to curate a show as they see fit. Along­side Suzanne Kraft, John­ny Nash, Phas­er Boys and the man of the night him­self were two names every­one inter­est­ed in elec­tron­ic music should be famil­iar with; Legow­elt & Ron Morelli. 

Legow­elt got straight down to busi­ness with a grip­ping selec­tion of music rich with old school dance­hall and reg­gae flavours. Again the Hague native dis­played a knowl­edge of music that far sur­pass­es many of his peers. Ron Morel­li fol­lowed on from Legow­elt show­ing a dif­fer­ent side to his arse­nal which we rarely get to see. After play­ing around with some ambi­ent and beat­less cuts the L.I.E.S boss got busy pac­ing through groove filled dis­co, ita­lo and 80’s sounds alike.
